Why has this taken so long...

With women making up nearly 50% of all Major League Baseball fans why has it taken so long to get a partnership with a major women's retailer? Read the entire article here

Why do believe it has taken so long for a partnership like this to develop?

Besides the obvious, what does Victoria Secret need to do in order to make this partnership with MLB and the MLB fans?

It has taken a long time for this to happen primarily because of tradition and the main belief that baseball is a mans sport

Victorias Secret needs o promote MLB in all there products to get the word out about there sponsership

I believe it has taken this long for a partnership like this one to develop because people honestly didn't think of it or they weren't on the same page. It's something new. I think it is brillant and will increase loyalty which increases ticket sales and the list goes on and on.

Victoria Secret needs to show the value. Promote that they are true fans etc. I think that if they handed out a twins schedule with every twins purchase, then people would go to more games. You need to make it easy and simple for the consumer. Some don't want to take the time out of their day to go online to look at the schedule.
