Is there hope?

Maybe customer service with in the airline industry isn't as dead as I thought. Look at the peoples faces and posture change as this flight attendant puts a new twist on pre-flight instructions. You can honestly see the mood lift among the passengers especially when you watch the seasoned business travelers in the front rows. Southwest Airlines gets it and you have to appreciate the shot thrown at their competitors because it is completely true. How do we get other industries to catch onto this noble yet basic idea?

This is one of the most creative things ive ever seen. I think its very smart for him to do this because it will make the passengers remember what flight they were on. If they liked it then they will want to go on that airline again.

I think this is a great idea! He covered everything so smoothly and it was entertaining! With the passengers actually participating, the announcments are more likely to be heard rather than ignored. Also, you will remember United Airlines and fly with them again. He even brings up his competitors at the end when he adds, "I guarantee you won't get that at United Airlines" I think it added a must needed twist for the airline business and was not overdone, just casual like it should be.

Great idea, a cool and entertaining was to get the passengers envolved and it will probaly something they will remember and talk about with other people. It may be a good marketing/branding surge for the airline. Clever idear -Dan C. P.4

By spread of word people will more likely take SouthWest Airlines because of more benefits to them. People remembering them is very effective because happy customers are loyal customers. The airline is setting a example for others competitors to run against them or lose customers by the minute. Having others catch on to this idea then all airlines will lower prices then oil will go up more. So other industries should try not to follow up on it.

I think this twist on SW Airlines is awesome. They really showed that they could relate to the customer. This will also be remembered by the people that are riding on the plane. They will remember the good service from SW Airlines and most likely fly again.

I think that it was a good idea because more people will remember them and will likly fly with them again. Also people will listen to them when they do that. I think if people keep asking other airline they will start to do it. Also if people say that Southwest is better and say to other airlines that they need to sing to keep up with Southwest they will do it.
